**Note** A separate registration must be filled out online for each person attending the National 4-H Poultry and Egg Conference.

**Very Important** Please check each activity that the participant plans on attending. All registrations must be submitted online no later than October 14 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. No late registration will be accepted.

There is a $50 activity fee for each contestant and each non-contestant adult attending the Conference. Each 4-Her can compete in only one contest since all are run concurrently. The activity fee for non-contestant youth (ages 0-12) is $25.

There is an additional charge of $10 per person for anyone participating in a tour, including a non-contestant youth (ages 0-12). If a person going on a tour has a special need, they must let the committee know at the time of registration. A tour may not be added after the registration deadline. This is because of logistics.

Additionally, if anyone wants to purchase a National 4-H Poultry and Egg Conference t-shirt a charge of $18 will be added to the final registration costs.

**Very Important** If a contestant requires special arrangements in order to compete, it is important to let the committee know ahead of time so that arrangements can be made to meet the particular need.

If a person attending the conference has a special need, they must let the committee know at the time of registration.

Online registration will be through the NAILE website (https://naileec.fairwire.com/). On the landing page, DO NOT SAY YOU ARE A TEAM. SO, LEAVE THAT AS THE DEFAULT NO. You are registering as individuals and not as a 'team'. If you say yes to team, you will have re-enter all your information because no actual contestants have been registered. This is for other 4-H events being held at NAILE and registering at the same time. Click on 'Registration' on the timeline and create an account. This is our first time using the NAILE website for registration for the National 4-H Poultry and Egg Conference. So, select 'I am a new exhibitor or have yet to register this year' even if you attended the Poultry and Egg Conference last year.

As you are registering, select the Quick Group link in the blue box labeled tip.

We also like to have 2-3 4Hers attend the Conference Specialist Meeting where we discuss next year's contest. We like to get input from 4-Hers who have attended the conference before and are coming for a second time. These are called 4-H Ambassadors. If you state wishes to nominate a 4-Her please email Jacquie Jacob (Jacquie.Jacob@uky.edu) with their qualifications (in particular when they attended before and what contest they participated in). If chosen the 4-Her and an adult will come to the West Wing on the state fairgrounds Wednesday, November 19 at 3 PM. This means they will NOT be able to go on either tour. If they pay for a tour and can't go because they attended the meeting, the cost of the tour will be refunded. The deadline for nominations is October 7 so that if they are selected and have not registered, they have time to do so.
